Order Cancellation
Processing Stage:
You may cancel your order if it is still in the processing stage by accessing your account dashboard or contacting our customer service.
- After Confirmation:
Once payment has been received and the order is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted.
Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. - Condition Requirements:
The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. - How to Report:

Returns and Exchanges Process

Approved returns will include instructions on how to send the product back to us at no extra cost to you. - Exchange or Refund:
